We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time. Where required by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms, and your continued participation following such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By opting into Aura Lux SMS communications, you consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of Aura Lux at the mobile number you provided.

You are solely responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile provider.
Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe from the Service at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message received from Aura Lux.
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. No further marketing messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Changes to Numbers or Short Codes
We may change the telephone number or short code used to operate the Service. Where required, we will notify subscribers of such changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pizzatto Digital LLC shall not be liable for delayed, misdirected or undelivered messages, or for any errors in the content of messages sent through the Service.
Nothing in these Mobile Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer or data protection legislation.
