Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 working days following payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your payment has been successfully approved.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery timeframe ranges from 5 to 20 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

All our products include free shipping within Spain.

For other destinations, shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 18:00. In certain areas, Saturday delivery may be available depending on the local postal service.

Special Circumstances

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the registered delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the parcel may be returned to the nearest postal office. The customer will be notified and a further delivery attempt may be arranged. If delivery is unsuccessful, the customer may collect the parcel from the local postal office using the tracking number provided.

Change of Address

Once an order has been completed, it is not possible to modify the delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at contact@auraluxofficial.com within one hour of order confirmation to assess whether a modification is possible.

Any approved change may be subject to updated shipping costs based on the new delivery location. After this period, the order will be dispatched to the address originally provided.
