This policy applies to all purchases made through our Shopify store.

Right to Cancel (EU & UK Customers)

If you are located within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at contact@auraluxofficial.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must not have been installed or modified

  • All original packaging, components and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Due to the nature of lighting products, items that have been installed, wired, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund unless they are faulty.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Aura Lux cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 working days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed or used

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to improper handling

  • Custom-made or personalised items

Sale or discounted items remain eligible for return in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair or full refund in accordance with applicable consumer rights legislation.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
